Common teething symptoms
Some of the most common symptoms of teething are drooling and saliva, which usually causes a red rash around the mouth. Other symptoms include the desire to chew on things, mild pain on the gum, and fussiness. Cold teething rings and numbing gels may be of use to you and your baby if the ordeal is especially uncomfortable to your baby.
